For purchases of art pieces, the following payment methods are accepted: Amercian Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa via PayPal or Venmo. Please be sure to provide your exact billing/shipping, email address, and telephone number. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your shipment of your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. For purchases of NFT’s, payment method is accepted on Opensea.

Purchasing + Collecting NFT’s can be a very exciting opportunity to add authenticated digital art pieces to anyone’s personal art collection. Please be mindful that mundo_da_romi is in no way, suggesting + claiming to provide financial advice of any kind, should you decide to collect one of my NFT’s.
Shipping | Remessa
All shipping is via USPS First Class Mail within the U.S. and internationally. If the piece you have purchased happens to be in stock, packages will typically ship within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. If you would like to make any other shipping arrangements, please email me.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Packages typically arrive within 3-7 business days (within US) for standard shipping at the moment, but due to post COVID19 + supplier management challenges, please be mindful that shipping may also experience unexpected delays.
Unfortunately, mundo_da_romi is not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipment. If you are interested in adding insurance, please email me prior to making your purchase.
All international customers are responsible for all customs and/or VAT charges associated with the shipment of items. All items must be declared as “merchandise”. Unfortunately, it cannot be declared as gifts. Depending on destination, please allow for 2-6 business weeks to receive your package.

Florida State Sales Tax must be applied to all in-state orders.
Refund + Exchange | Retorna + Troca
I want to make sure you love your art piece. If you are not satisfied with your art piece for any reason, please email me within 14 business days of receiving your order.
A full refund of art piece pricing can be offered, assuming the art piece is returned in its original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. Additional shipping costs shall apply to either returns or exchanges. Please be mindful that it cannot be refunded unless the return is due to an error on my part. Exchanges may be accepted if item is returned in its original condition and additional shipping is paid for the art piece you would like to exchange it for.
For commissioned art pieces, mundo_da_romi shall not accept returns unless your piece appears damaged upon delivery. Exchanges may be accepted depending on level of customization. In the event a refund is accepted, the collector agrees to forfeit any rights to the art piece, and mundo_da_romi also reserves the rights to post the art piece for sale at a future date.
