daruma dream
Every culture has its own set of lucky charms—objects people turn to for hope, reassurance, or a sense of control.
But what we often overlook is this: the object itself isn’t inherently lucky. It becomes lucky because we project belief onto it. It serves as a reminder that good things can—and will—happen.
I drew it with both eyes open—intentionally—as a reminder that manifesting goals and dreams is possible when you shift your mindset and actively pursue what truly makes you happy.
The dollar sign became my own Westernized twist—a juxtaposition reflecting how much of our lives revolve around money. Another construct we’ve collectively agreed to believe in.
