blue morpho
Unexpected life events led me to create this concept for my mom’s memorial service. She loved butterflies, and I found inspiration in the blue morpho butterfly native to South America.
Instead of focusing on its well-known iridescent blue wings, I was drawn to the often-overlooked underside—subtle, intricate, and easy to forget is even there. I wanted to reflect that quiet beauty in these prints, offering something gentle and meaningful—something that might bring back fond memories of her without being too overt.
