I somehow rabbit hole’d into how we are all connected energetically whether we choose to believe it or not. And sometimes the negative energy is so powerful that you get sucked into it without your own conscious awareness until it’s too late. That happened to me many years ago.

It took a lot of self reflection to get myself out of it. In my case, it involved making difficult decisions, like walking away from things I loved very much, in order to get my old self back.
