The experience of a recent social event had me wondering how I came off to others, being so new to the #nftworld myself, specially since I’m into 1:1 pieces instead of generative/pfp type of #nftart currently available out there. It brought me back to this piece I recently finished that I called, “mirrored”.

Having a history of RBF myself, I was contemplating on how humans have the tendency to project + reflect their own insecurities onto others without knowing they’re doing it via body + facial expressions. Sometimes, it can appear pure + innocent, but sometimes, it can appear distorted, leading to misunderstandings by others. (A common theme for me when I find myself misunderstanding American slang.)
